A chatbot is integrated into Scotiabank's main page to resolve doubts and frequently asked questions that collect information later displayed internally on a dashboard where Scotiabank teams can measure the interactions and frequent topics consulted in the chatbot.

Using Watson Assistant, you can have the best guide of the museum in your hand. While moving through the museum rooms, the application will indicate the proximity of the interactive pieces and encourage you to have a conversation with them. The piece's interaction was based on audio and voice in Spanish and English.

A web application where we improved data processing time from hours to minutes, now users can consult data in real-time, avoiding duplication; it also helps the users with their monthly reports.

This app is used during a hurricane restoration event; external contractors and teams will have the ability to enter time and expenses electronically and submit them for approval through the app. We migrated mobile and web applications, improved user experience to enter time and expenses, and added new features.
